Build with academic sources
Find research that fits your text, understand each result, and bring the sources into your product.
Your text.
The research behind it.
Send your text in one request. Fetch the matching academic sources, with citations and analysis, in the next.
Make your first request/search202 ·job_id/search/{job_id}200 ·sources
How it works
Send your text to POST /search and keep the job_id it returns. Then call GET /search/{job_id} until the status is completed. Every source appears once in the sources map; the document and claim tracks list the IDs that apply to them.
Create a search
POST /search — send your text and options, get back a job_id.
Get search results
GET /search/{job_id} — read the status and the sources found.
Reading the results
The model reference describes every field, including nulls, defaults, scores, citations, and enrichment. The enum reference lists each wire value and when it appears.
A suggested source is relevant to your text, but it does not guarantee that it supports each claim. Check the original before you rely on a quotation or finding.
Preview status
This preview covers two operations. Searches work the same way as in the Sourcely app; How search works explains quick and deep mode. You pay per request from prepaid credits, and Sourcely subscribers get up to 50% off (Credits and pricing). Holds and automatic worker recovery are planned but not available yet; see Availability.
